Viewing and downloading your receipts
Whether you need a record for your personal expenses or an official invoice for your business's accounting department, accessing your billing history is quick and easy.
Since eclean partners with Stripe to securely manage payments, your transaction history is automatically generated and safely stored in your account.
Automated email receipts
By default, when you make a new purchase, a receipt is automatically sent to the billing email address associated with your account. If you just need your most recent receipt, try searching your email inbox (and spam folder) for messages from eclean or Stripe.
How to view and download past invoices
If you need to find an older receipt or want to download a formal PDF copy of an invoice, you can access your full billing history through your account portal:
- Log in to your eclean account dashboard.
- Navigate to the Billing tab.
- Scroll down to the Billing History section. Here, you will see a chronological list of your past payments and can download your receipts directly to your computer.
If you do not see the specific invoice you are looking for under "Billing History", click Manage Subscription in the Billing tab.
This will securely redirect you to your dedicated Stripe Customer Portal. Once there, scroll down to the Invoice History section to view your complete, lifetime payment records and download any missing PDF copies.
Need a receipt adjusted?
The invoices generated in your portal will reflect the billing information (name, address, and Tax ID) that was on file at the time of the transaction.
If you recently updated your billing details and need an older invoice re-issued to reflect those changes (for example, to add a missing VAT number for your accounting team), please reach out to us at support@eclean.gg or use Chat with us on the Support page and we'll review what can be adjusted.
