How to update your billing information
Keeping your billing information up to date helps make sure your receipts contain the correct name, address, and email for your records. Since we partner with Stripe to handle all transactions securely, updating your details only takes a few clicks.
Steps to update your billing details
You can change the name, billing address, and billing email associated with your eclean billing profile by accessing your account portal:
- Log in to your eclean account dashboard.
- Navigate to the Billing tab.
- Click Manage Subscription. This will securely redirect you to your Stripe Customer Portal.
- Locate the billing information section in Stripe and choose the edit or update option.
- Enter your new name, email address, or physical billing address.
- Save or confirm the change in Stripe.
When do these changes take effect?
Any changes you make to your billing information will immediately apply to all future invoices and receipts. If you need a previous invoice re-issued with your updated address or name, please contact us at support@eclean.gg or use Chat with us on the Support page.
