How refunds affect eclean access

Refund eligibility depends on the current refund policy and the details of your purchase. This article explains what can happen to your eclean access after a refund is processed.


Access changes are handled after the refund state is confirmed, not simply when a refund is requested.


How refunds can affect access


  • Pending refund: Access may remain active while the refund is still pending.
  • Partial refund: A partial refund does not necessarily remove access (e.g., you downgrade your plan during the subscription period).
  • Full successful refund: A full refund can revoke the entitlement from the refunded order.
  • Other active purchases: If you still have another valid paid entitlement, your account may keep the remaining plan.
  • No active paid entitlement: If no paid entitlement remains, your account may return to Free and paid access may be removed.


How to check your access after a refund


  1. Log in to your eclean Billing tab.
  2. Check Current Plan and Billing History.
  3. Open the desktop app and sign out and back in if it still shows the old plan.
  4. Contact support if the website and desktop app still disagree after refreshing.


Please do not send full card details when asking about refunds. Your account email and safe receipt details are enough.
