How to upgrade from Pro Single to Pro Family
If you already have Pro Single and want to cover more devices, you can upgrade to Pro Family from your billing page.
The Family upgrade flow is meant for accounts that already have Pro Single. If you are on Free, choose the Family plan directly from the pricing or pre-order page instead.
How to upgrade to Pro Family
- Log in to your eclean Billing tab.
- Confirm Current Plan shows Pro Single.
- Find the Family upgrade area.
- Click Upgrade to Family.
- Complete checkout through Stripe.
- Return to the Billing tab.
- Confirm your plan updated.
- Restart the desktop app or sign out and back in if the app still shows the old plan.
If the upgrade button is missing
You may already be on Pro Family, you may be on Free, or your account may not have the billing state needed for the upgrade flow. Contact support if the plan shown on the Billing tab looks wrong.
