How to send feedback to eclean

Feedback helps the eclean team understand bugs, improvement ideas, feature requests, and general product comments.


You can submit feedback directly from the desktop app when you are signed in.


What to include


Helpful feedback includes:


  • The area of the app you were using.
  • What you tried to do.
  • What you expected to happen.
  • What happened instead.
  • Whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes.
  • The exact error message, if one appeared.


How to send feedback


  1. Open the eclean desktop app.
  2. Open the feedback option in the app.
  3. Choose Improvement, Feature, Bug, or Other.
  4. Write a clear description.
  5. Submit the feedback.


Feedback vs. support


Feedback is useful for product improvement, but it is not always the same as a support ticket. If you need a direct reply, account help, billing review, or refund help, contact support at https://eclean.gg/support/.


Do not include passwords, MFA codes, recovery codes, full card numbers, or other secrets in feedback.
