How to rate software, startup apps, extensions, and UWP apps

The desktop app can let users rate items such as software, startup apps, browser extensions, and UWP apps.

Ratings help eclean understand how users feel about specific items and improve product guidance over time.

What you can rate

Depending on where you are in the app, you may be able to rate:

• Software
• Startup apps
• Browser extensions
• UWP apps

How to rate an item

1. Open the eclean desktop app.
2. Go to the area that contains the item you want to rate.
3. Select the software, startup app, extension, or UWP app.
4. Choose a score from 1 to 5.
5. Submit or update the rating.

If a rating does not save

Make sure you are signed in and the desktop app can connect to eclean. If the app is offline, fix connectivity first and try again.
