The desktop app says I do not have beta access

If the desktop app says you do not have beta access, your eclean account exists but is not currently allowed into the beta.


This usually means the invite, pre-order, or beta grant is missing from the account you are using.


What to check


  1. Log in to your eclean account dashboard.
  2. Make sure you are using the account that received the invite or completed the pre-order.
  3. If you have an invite code, use the Redeem Beta Invite area on your account page.
  4. Open the Billing tab and check Beta Access Status.
  5. Restart the desktop app and sign in again.


Common causes


  • You created an account but did not redeem an invite.
  • The invite code was invalid, exhausted, or disqualified.
  • The pre-order payment has not completed yet.
  • Beta access was granted to a different email address.
  • You are signing into the wrong account.


If the website shows beta access but the desktop app still blocks you, contact support with your account email and the exact message you see.
