The app says my session is invalid

An invalid session means the desktop app can no longer use the sign-in session it has saved.


This can happen after a password reset, session revocation, device limit change, or account access change.


What to try first


  1. Sign in again in the desktop app.
  2. If it fails, log in to the website at https://eclean.gg/auth/login/.
  3. Open your Security Settings.
  4. Review Active Sessions and revoke old or unknown sessions.
  5. Open the Billing tab and check your plan state if the desktop app is blocked.
  6. Restart the desktop app and sign in again.


Common causes


  • You reset your password.
  • You or support revoked active sessions.
  • The session expired.
  • Your device limit was reached.
  • Your account no longer meets desktop access requirements.


If you are repeatedly signed out after a successful login, contact support with the exact message and when it happens.
