The app says my session is invalid
An invalid session means the desktop app can no longer use the sign-in session it has saved.
This can happen after a password reset, session revocation, device limit change, or account access change.
What to try first
- Sign in again in the desktop app.
- If it fails, log in to the website at https://eclean.gg/auth/login/.
- Open your Security Settings.
- Review Active Sessions and revoke old or unknown sessions.
- Open the Billing tab and check your plan state if the desktop app is blocked.
- Restart the desktop app and sign in again.
Common causes
- You reset your password.
- You or support revoked active sessions.
- The session expired.
- Your device limit was reached.
- Your account no longer meets desktop access requirements.
If you are repeatedly signed out after a successful login, contact support with the exact message and when it happens.
