I did not receive my verification email
Email verification confirms that you control the email address on your eclean account. A verified email address is required before you can sign into the desktop app.
If the verification email did not arrive, start with the steps below.
What to try first
- Check your spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders.
- Make sure you are checking the same email address you used to create your eclean account.
- Log in to your eclean account dashboard.
- Look for the Verify your email prompt.
- Click Resend verification email.
- Open the newest verification email and follow the link.
If the verification link fails
Sign in again and request a new verification email. Older verification links may no longer be valid after a new one is sent.
If you still cannot verify your email, contact support and include the email address you used to sign up.
