I did not receive my verification email

Email verification confirms that you control the email address on your eclean account. A verified email address is required before you can sign into the desktop app.


If the verification email did not arrive, start with the steps below.


What to try first


  1. Check your spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders.
  2. Make sure you are checking the same email address you used to create your eclean account.
  3. Log in to your eclean account dashboard.
  4. Look for the Verify your email prompt.
  5. Click Resend verification email.
  6. Open the newest verification email and follow the link.



Sign in again and request a new verification email. Older verification links may no longer be valid after a new one is sent.


If you still cannot verify your email, contact support and include the email address you used to sign up.
