I cannot sign into the desktop app
If you can sign in on the eclean website but not in the desktop app, your account may be missing a desktop-specific requirement.
The desktop app checks more than just your email and password. It also checks email verification, device limits, and session validity.
What to check first
- Log in to your eclean account dashboard.
- Confirm your email address is verified.
- Open the Security tab and revoke old desktop sessions if you may have reached your device limit.
- Restart the desktop app.
- Sign in with the same account you checked on the website.
Common reasons desktop sign-in fails
- The account email is not verified.
- The user is signing into the wrong account.
- The device limit has been reached.
- The session expired or was revoked.
- The desktop app cannot connect to eclean.
