I reached my device limit
eclean uses desktop sessions to keep device usage within your plan limit.
If the app says you reached your device limit, you may need to remove an old desktop session before signing in on another PC.
How to remove an old device session
- Log in to your eclean Security Settings.
- Scroll to Active Sessions.
- Look for old Desktop App sessions you no longer use.
- Click Revoke next to the old session.
- Restart the desktop app on the PC you want to use.
- Sign in again.
Why this can happen
You may reach the limit after changing computers, reinstalling Windows, signing in on a second PC, or using a plan that only supports a fixed number of devices.
If you need more device coverage, review your plan from the Billing tab.
