How to update your billing information

Keeping your billing information up to date ensures that your subscription renews smoothly and that your receipts contain the correct name, address, and email for your records. Since we partner with Stripe to handle all transactions securely, updating your details only takes a few clicks.


Steps to update your billing details


You can change the name, billing address, and billing email associated with your eclean subscription by accessing your account portal:


  1. Log in to your eclean account dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Billing tab.
  3. Click the option to update your billing/payment details button. This will securely redirect you to your Stripe Customer Portal.
  4. Locate the Billing Information section and click Update.
  5. Enter your new name, email address, or physical billing address.
  6. Click Save.


When do these changes take effect?


Any changes you make to your billing information will immediately apply to all future invoices and receipts. If you need a previous invoice re-issued with your updated address or name, please contact us at billing@eclean.gg or via live chat in the bottom right.
