How privacy and telemetry settings work in eclean

Privacy and telemetry settings control whether eclean can send analytics and error tracking data that helps the team improve the app. These settings are about eclean diagnostics, not Microsoft's Windows telemetry settings.

PC scanning and optimization are performed locally. These toggles control eclean app diagnostics and analytics behavior.

How to change privacy and telemetry settings

Open Privacy Settings: Go to Settings > Privacy Settings.
Review analytics: Decide whether eclean can send analytics events about app usage.
Review error tracking: Decide whether eclean can send crash or error information to help diagnose bugs.
Change the toggles: Turn the options on or off based on your preference.
Restart if needed: If a setting does not seem to take effect immediately, restart eclean and check the page again.

What these settings do not control

They do not change Windows telemetry settings.
They do not control Discord Rich Presence.
They do not upload your personal files or cleanup results to eclean servers.
They do not replace legal data export or deletion requests for your account.
