How to send feedback in eclean
eclean includes feedback entry points so you can tell the team what worked, what did not, or what you want improved. Use feedback when you want to report product feedback from inside the app rather than opening a separate support conversation first.
How to send feedback
- Open the relevant area: Go to the eclean page or feature you want to give feedback about.
- Use the feedback option: Open the feedback action shown in that area of the app.
- Describe what happened: Include the feature name, what you expected, and what actually happened.
- Add useful context: Mention whether the issue happened once or repeatedly, and whether Windows showed any prompts.
- Send the feedback: Submit the feedback from inside eclean.
What to include for better feedback
- The feature name and page where the issue happened.
- The action you clicked immediately before the problem.
- Any status message, error, or warning shown by eclean.
- Whether you were scanning, cleaning, uninstalling, testing DNS, or applying Optimizer changes.
When to use app reviews instead
Use app reviews when you want to rate a specific startup app, installed program, Microsoft Store app, or browser extension for the benefit of other users. App reviews are not general product feedback. They are entity-specific signals. See How app reviews work in eclean for the full explanation.
