What to do if you lose access to MFA

If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, eclean may ask for an authenticator code or recovery code when you sign in.


If you no longer have access to your authenticator app, your recovery codes are the fastest way back into your account.


If you still have recovery codes


  1. Go to the eclean Login Page.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. When eclean asks for your 2FA code, enter one of your saved recovery codes.
  4. After signing in, open Security Settings.
  5. Disable and re-enable 2FA if you need to move it to a new authenticator app.
  6. Save the new recovery codes.


If you lost your authenticator and recovery codes


Please contact support at support@eclean.gg or use Chat with us on the Support page. For your protection, our team will need to verify your identity before changing MFA settings.


Do not send passwords, MFA codes, recovery codes, or authentication tokens in a support message.
