How to manage active sessions and devices
Your active sessions show where your eclean account is currently signed in. This includes website sessions and desktop app sessions.
Session management is useful if you lost a device, used a shared computer, changed your password, or reached your desktop device limit.
How to review active sessions
- Log in to your eclean Security Settings.
- Scroll to the Active Sessions section.
- Review each session type, device, and last active time.
- Click Revoke next to any session you no longer use.
- Use Revoke All Sessions if you want to sign out other active sessions at once.
If you reached your device limit
Desktop device limits are tied to your plan. If eclean says you reached your device limit, revoke old Desktop App sessions you no longer use, then sign into the desktop app again on the PC you want to keep using.
