How to review Cleaner History in eclean

Cleaner History shows what eclean cleaned, when it happened, and what result the cleanup produced. It is useful after a manual cleanup, an automatic cleanup, or a file deletion action where you want to verify the result.

Cleaner History is especially useful when you are checking what changed after a cleanup. Use it to confirm both manual and scheduled cleanup activity.

How to review Cleaner History

  1. Open Cleaner History: Go to the Cleaner area and open the history view.
  2. Find the cleanup event: Look for the most recent Junk Cleaner, Find large files, File shredder, or Automatic Junk Cleanup entry.
  3. Review the result: Check the status, time, and available cleanup details.
  4. Compare with the feature page: If a file or category still appears, refresh the related Cleaner page before assuming the cleanup failed.
  5. Use the details for support: If you need help, share the cleanup type, time, and result with support.

What history can and cannot prove

  • History can confirm that eclean attempted or completed an action.
  • It may not show files deleted outside eclean or files recreated by Windows after cleanup.
  • If Windows or another app immediately rebuilds cache files, a folder can look populated again even after a successful cleanup.
