How to reset your account password

Whether you forgot your password or simply want to update it for security reasons, regaining access to your eclean account only takes a few minutes.

If you forgot your password and cannot log in

If you're locked out of your account, you can initiate a password reset directly from the login screen:

1. Navigate to the eclean Login Page.
2. Click the Forgot password? link located just below the login button.
3. Enter the email address associated with your eclean account and click Send reset link.
4. Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a message from eclean.
5. Click the link inside the email.
6. Type in your new password, confirm it, and click Save. You can now log in with your new credentials.

If you know your password and want to change it

If you're already logged in and just want to update your current password to something stronger:

1. Log in to your eclean account dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Security tab on the main menu.
3. Scroll down to the Change Password section and click Change Password.
4. Enter your current password, followed by your new desired password.
5. Click Save Changes.
